Title: Production Manager –
Plastic Conversation
Main Task & Duties:
1.
Responsible for the
technical management, supervision and control of industrial production process
2. Involved with the planning, coordination and control
of manufacturing processes
3. Ensure that goods and services are produced
efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level
of quality
4. Responsible for both human and material resources
and drafting a timescale for the job
5. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a
production schedule
6. Making sure that products are produced on time and
are of good quality
7. Working out the human and material resources needed
8. Drafting a timescale for the job
9. Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
10. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting
schedules as needed
11. Being responsible for the selection and maintenance
of equipment
12. Monitoring product standards and implementing
quality-control programs
13. Working with managers to implement the company's policies
and goals
14. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are
followed
15. Reviewing worker performance
16. Identifying training need
Competencies:

Education
and Experience:
1. Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering
2. six years
relevant work experience in the same field especially in PVC, Film, & General Film
Extrusions
Computer
Skills:

Proficiency using software programs such as MS
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
