Function

To
operate flexo printing machine as scheduled by the production department.
|
Principal
Responsibilities:
|
Ensure cleaning of Machine before and after
production.
Undertake production as per daily production
schedule at the same time communicate to the reliving operator.
Ensure all the requirements are correct as
per job order form.
Responsible for machine/job setup at the
given time.
Monitor Production for right quality and
quantity.
Ensure Parameter test of each job
description has been performed and checked without fail.
Ensure flagging system is implimented .
Ensure identification and traceability of
all the products and Balance Raw materials.
Ensure proper protection and handling of the
output.
Responsible to keep the cut out sample for
every roll with quality check list form.
Responsible to make the job completion
report.
Ensure all the printed rolls should have a identification
sticker.
Ensure all printed rolls must be arranged
properly in the pallet and kept on the proper area.
Maintain & deliver daily production target.
Maintain & deliver right quality of the given job.
Reduce wastage & maintain it within the given target. |
