Bolehkah Aku Membenci Ayah?

Orangtua merupakan tumpuan bagi setiap anak, memiliki orangtua yang lengkap adalah keinginan setiap anak di muka bumi ini, tak terkecuali dengan ku. Namun, takdir berkata lain bagiku. Lah Peristiwa 16 tahun yang silam telah merubah kehidupan menjadi sosok anak yang tumbuh tanpa peranan seorang Ayah. Memang semua terbayang sangatlah berat namun kini telah ku lalui semua hingga aku tumbuh menjadi seorang remaja yang kuat dan tegar dalam menghadapi persoalan hidup. Job Description

Title: Production Supervisor – Flexo Printing

Primarily in charge of the shift operation, the shift supervisor is a key position that serves as a focal point for the execution of the production targets and implementations of rules and programs from the company management team.

Main Task & Duties:

1.     Manage a team of staff and organize their workload. Make up shifts rotes, allocate work and monitor team's performance to make sure they were meeting production targets

2.     Monitors and verifies the shift production performance on the aspect of product quality, material and machine efficiency, and manpower effectiveness with respect to set manufacturing targets and make necessary adjustments/decisions in case of non-attainment of the targets set.

3.     Ensure that shift personnel follow production schedules with emphasis on quality and uptime

4.     Primary in charge of the implementation of personnel, safety, and housekeeping policies of the plant

5.     Coordinates with Store in-charge for the supply of required raw materials and transfer of finished products

6.     Coordinate with Maintenance Personnel for corrective and preventive schemes to ensure optimum availability of machines and support equipment

7.     Prepare the daily production reports

8.     Record process parameters and changes in the machines

9.     Shut down and Start the Cast Lines as deemed necessary as per superiors instructions

10.  Maintain favorable social climate and positive relationship between workers

11.  Initiate the implementation of different programs such as cost and waste reductions, ISO, EHS, etc.

Competencies:

1.     Highly developed leadership and supervisory abilities

2.     Strong influential leader, manager and motivator

Other Skills and Abilities:

1.     Ability to meet targets and deadlines

2.     An approachable manner and good communication skills

3.     Ability to write reports and compile accurate records
